HOUSE RULES

You will conclude a rental agreement between the guest and the owner of the property for which the reservation was made.

The rental agreement refers to the rental of the property for vacation purposes only.

The rental agreement does not come into force until the guest is sent a written confirmation of the reservation.

Guests are required to pay a 30% deposit to reserve accommodation.

The deposit is non-refundable.
The advance is paid to the giro account of the owner of the building, which will be listed on the invoice for the advance.
